LPGI to continually offer top quality products at the very
best prices, we have implemented the following cost-containment
policies: TERMS
AND CONDITIONS OF SALES
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FOR DAMAGED OR MISSHIPPED
GOODS FOR EXCHANGE
RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS
LPGI strives to have 100% accuracy in all our shipments
and provide our customers with quality product. In the unfortunate
event that products sent were misshipped or damaged, please
call Customer Service immediately at 1-800-409-8988 for
a Return Authorization Form. Once your return is authorized,
LPGI will issue UPS call tags for merchandise pickup. (LPGI
will pay for the freight). We will reship new product
to you upon return of damaged or misshipped product
(LPGI will pay for the freight). PAYMENT
POLICY
LPGI will ship product C.O.D. and accepts VISA and
MASTERCARD. Net 30 terms are available; please contact Customer
Service at 1-800-409-8988 for an application. Please note:
It may take up to 30 days for processing net 30 terms and
to determine credit amounts.
Any customer with a check returned for Non-Sufficient Funds
will be charged a $25 fee and all orders for six months
will need to be paid with a money order or credit card.
All
overseas orders will be conducted with a wire transfer payment
to our bank and will be assessed a $15.00 wire transfer
fee. HANDLING
FEES
A $5 handling fee will be charged for orders under the
$50 minimum and for orders up to $500 that request fewer
than minimum quantities per style. A $10 handling fee will
be charged for all orders above $500 that request less than
the minimum quantity per style. ANTICIPATED
DAMAGE HOLD PERCENTAGE
LPGI does not allow for any additional "anticipated damage
hold percentages". If you receive damaged or misshipped
product, please call Customer Service to arrange for an
exchange or to return for credit. WAREHOUSING
CHARGES
LPGI will not absorb any "warehousing charges", and cannot
assume responsibility for warehousing and related expenses
beyond our own warehouse and its operations. LPGI will ship
directly to independent locations at no additional packaging
charge for our customers. SPECIAL
ORDERS
LPGI provides special fulfillment services such as affixing
hang tabs, pre-ticketing, etc. for a small fee. (See price
sheet). If any special order is cancelled, there will be
a 50% re-stocking fee by LPGI. To be fair to all LPGI customers,
no exceptions on these T&Cs will be granted. Should you
